MangoDiffuser 1.0a ------------------ BUG FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello User. This is MangoDiffuser 1.0a, a bug fix - sort of. Written and Updated on Sun 09/06/94 THREED.VBX C:\Windows\System DIFFUSER.EXE Wherever you want DIFFUSER.INI C:\Windows Anyway... This small VB3 program will prompt for a username to use in the CIS Connection session of CSNav 1.0. The name entered will appear as the senders name in mail or Forum messages. I wrote this program because 3 members of my family use CompuServe and we all hate having to keep changing the name when we log on. The first time you use MangoDiffuser, you will have to tell the program where it can find the CIS.INI and CSNAV.EXE files. To do this, use the Pop-Up menu (activated by a Right-Click on the grey background) and choose Setup. Enter the *FULL* path (eg; C:\CSNAV\CIS.INI and C:\CSNAV\CSNAV\CSNAV.EXE) and press enter. Then Enter your name and away you go. CSNav will the load with your name in the session settings. To edit the User list, open the DIFFUSER.INI file and change as you wish, but there must be at least 1 entry for [RECENTUSERS], UserName1 - otherwise there just might possibly be loading problems. If you like what you see, let me know. MangoDiffuser is FREEWARE, but I would appriciate you letting me know what you think. That is all I ask. MangoDiffuser 2.0 is underway. It includes Name, ID, and Password and will probably be compatible with WinCim. Hope you like it!!! Ben Joyce, CIS: 100101,36 London, England 14:04 09/06/1994
